We are seeking a Social Media & PR Manager to lead Falconedge’s communications, content creation, and brand campaigns before and after the IPO.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact position for a creative strategist with proven experience in crypto, hedge funds, and alternative assets. You will manage Falconedge’s digital presence, PR efforts, and media strategy, helping shape the brand’s public narrative during one of the most exciting phases of its development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Falconedge’s PR and social media strategy around the IPO and beyond.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create compelling content — posts, thought leadership, press releases, videos, and infographics.
• Collaborate with external PR and media partners to maximise reach and exposure.
• Track, analyse, and report on engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Define and maintain Falconedge’s brand voice across all communications.
• Support investor and stakeholder communications post-IPO.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in social media, PR, or communications in crypto, hedge funds, or alternative assets (crypto experience is essential).
• Proven track record of running and scaling professional social media channels.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, able to translate complex financial concepts into engaging narratives.
• Experience in financial PR, media relations, or investor communications.
• Highly organised, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
